I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room cleanliness was an issue with dirty linen and unclean areas; changing rooms didn't solve the problem. The air conditioners were also faulty. On the positive side, the service was friendly and accommodating. The location had its charm but lacked cleanliness and family-friendly aspects. The dining experience was below par with limited options.
